Change & Habits

Issues of self-esteem,confidence, bullying and seeing themselves in a negative light are prevalent during the teen years.

My ‘I AM ENOUGH’ workshop for teens, based on Marisa Peer's RTT, helps teens explore their value and the negative language they use about themselves.

This is followed by a deeply relaxing session, which transforms their way of thinking about themselves.

They are amazing. They are loveable. They are enough. As Marisa says "I make them believe it because we all want to feel good about ourselves. If you don't feel good about yourself, what's the point?"

"I did a session that was for teenagers and wow has there been a change from the session to now. I'm loving myself more. I'm more positive and I have been going back to my list and sticky note which are up on my wall. I see people in a different way and people see me in a different way. I saw there was a session on for public speaking and fears, would love to do that one. Thank you fi, you are so loving and giving. Xx Briana"
